Eagle Athletic Sports Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Eagle Athletic Sports Inc Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining our Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment

  • To apply, you must provide complete and accurate information.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • You may promote Eagle Athletic Sports products through your affiliate link/code provided by GoAffPro.

  • Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, coupon websites, or self-purchases.

  • You must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate when promoting.

3. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn 10 per qualifying sale (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds).

  • Commission percentage may vary depending on product categories or promotions.

4. Payments

  • Commissions are paid monthly (Net 30) via PayPal/Bank Transfer/Zelle.

  • Minimum payout threshold: $100.

  • If a product is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the commission will be reversed.

5. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

  • Unpaid commissions below the threshold will be forfeited if the account is terminated.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use Eagle Athletic Sports logos and banners provided in the portal.

  • Unauthorized modification or misuse of our brand assets is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes shall be handled in Los Angeles courts.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program implies acceptance of changes.
